We currently ship across India.

International shipping is not available at the moment.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

Any free shipping offers are subject to ongoing promotions and order value.

5. Courier Partners

We work with reliable third-party courier partners to ensure safe delivery of your orders. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

6. Order Tracking

After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking ID.

Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s system.

7. Delays & Issues

Ridha Pearls is not responsible for delays caused due to:

Courier service issues

Natural disasters, strikes, or lockdowns

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.

9. Damaged or Missing Packages

If the package is received damaged or tampered, please do not accept the delivery.
